I am a book author and writer. Specifically, I am the author of “FLIRTonomics How to Use Energetic Engagement to Your Advantage” an Amazon best seller, and the author of many articles on Women and Money found on my website, LinkedIn and partner sites.
I have been featured on pod casts and radio for my work on FLIRTonomics and my interest in supporting women in business.
Before I became a published author, I was a financial advisor, real estate developer and consultant. Before that, I was a single mom who realized she could likely support her family better if she got a Masters Degree. I tripled my income in two years with this decision, and in 2002 I received an MBA in Strategic Leadership from Dominican University.
I was born in Lawrence Kansas in 1965, but was quickly transported to the Haight Ashbury in San Francisco where I spent the first three and a half years of my life during one of the most influential times in American History. In 1969 my parents followed the exodus from the city, moving to Healdsburg where we lived in a log cabin on a remote ranch outside of town for the next four years. I will say I grew up there and in West Marin, another of the most charmed areas of Northern California. I graduated from University of California in Santa Barbara in 1988, and moved back to Marin County in 1996. I spend my time cooking, writing, traveling and working on my health and wellness businesses.
